Questions agencies ask
Do I need IATA accreditation?
No. Tickets are issued on our side, so agencies without IATA accreditation can sell too. If you are accredited, add your IATA number to the application.
How is the API priced?
You buy at net fares in USD and set your own markup on top. Platform fees are shared once your application has been reviewed.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Every approved partner starts on a staging environment with separate credentials, where you can also simulate failures such as timeouts or an insufficient balance. Production opens after a go-live checklist.
When are hotels, visas and the other services coming?
They are in development and will launch on the same API, with the same credentials and balance. Tick the services you want in the application. Demand shapes the order we launch them in.
How are changes, cancellations and refunds handled?
By our operations desk. You raise the request from your partner portal, and status updates reach your system by webhook.
Will you contact my customers?
Never. You own the traveller relationship from start to finish, and your customers only ever see your brand.
